Staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience pleasant. The rooftop bar offered stunning views, but noise from it could be disruptive during the night.

Quietly enjoying the Deluxe Room with 1 King bed, I appreciated the superb furnishings and the stunning views of the river. Relaxing on the balcony was a highlight. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring delicious local dishes and refreshing fresh juices. Every morning felt like a treat. The staff greeted us warmly, and their attentiveness added to the experience. However, external noise was a downside. The street traffic was constant, and it disturbed the serenity I hoped for during my stay. Noticed the room's soundproofing could use some enhancements. The location was ideal for exploring, making it easy to access nearby attractions, yet that came with the drawback of the bustling street sounds. All in all, the hotel provided memorable moments despite some noise issues.

The business center claim is misleading but never existed!!! The noise level may bother light sleepers, and the scant breakfast portions just don't cut it in a place like this!!!

Charming Stay with Beautiful Views

Our family enjoyed a delightful stay with stunning riverside views. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring unique items from a nearby high-class restaurant. We also appreciated the excellent service from the welcoming staff. Be sure to ask for tuk-tuks at the entrance for easy city exploration!

Comfortable suite, excellent breakfast, where I particularly enjoyed the duck noodle soup. the staff were exceedingly helpful and arranged transportation to Siem Reap for us when our flight was unexpectedly canceled.

However, being informed not to sit on the balcony upon arrival felt a bit disappointing, and the staff could occasionally be intrusive during meal times. Positioned centrally, the proximity to main attractions was excellent, although the noise at times disrupted the peace of the stay.
